Using the link you receive, schedule a complimentary 15-minute phone conversation. We’ll address your questions about how Three Bears works and talk broadly about what you need, saving the details about your student for the next step.

The student and at least one parent/guardian will participate in an initial Strategy Session. We’ll discuss the student’s history and goals, get to know each other’s work styles, and determine whether we’re a good fit. Even if we don’t proceed together, you’ll leave this session with valuable, personalized information.

Following the strategy session, we’ll decide if it makes sense to continue working together. The consultant will offer recommendations for potential approaches, and you’ll identify which option best meets your family’s needs.

Three Bears will draft paperwork reflecting your plan. The student, parent(s)/guardian(s), and consultant will each review and sign off on a service agreement. We’ll get payment squared away and develop our meeting schedule.
